Summary of Week one

Ok so I am very proud of myself for doing most of what I put out to do this week. My goal was to eat healthy but allow myself two free days and to work out 5-6 times a week. This first week I lost a total of 4.5 pounds which is a great way to start this 8 week stretch! I started this 8 week competition at a gross 187 and am now at 182.5. I will say I'm sure some of it is because this was the week I stopped nursing and the week I went back to work. ( I walk alot with my job) But either way I did eat healthy and did work out a total of 3 days. This next week I am only going have one free day because I will weigh in a day early but will work out 5-6 days and will eat healthy once again. Lets see what I can do in two weeks :)
