Week 3-5 Insanity

So I have slacked a little. I have been able to still lose some weight but I have not made as much progress as I hoped for. That is entirely my fault. I haven't been eating completely with the diet.( I cheated a little ) and I skipped a workout a week. I am kicking it into high gear now since recovery week( which ps is not a recovery) is over and now comes the hard part. Max training!! Supposedly this is more hard core than the other Insanity weeks. I'm a little nervous. I'm not going to lie. But I will say I am only 3 pounds away from my pregnancy weight. :) YAY!!!

Week 3 of Insanity.... Exactly that Insane

Wow this program really does work! It kicks your butt but it also is effective!! 3 weeks in and I have lost 10 pounds thus far. I love it. It's getting alot easier for me to remember to eat healthy and stick to the diet plan set up in the program and I no longer crave my Dr. pepper like I terribly did so the first few weeks. It's a 45 minute workout 6 days a week and the eating plan is 5 small meals daily. Now if I can only survive another 6 weeks of this...
