Week 2 of Insanity Workout
Ok so I didn't post for week one but week one was a little hard. I quit soda, sugar, and pretty much anything bad for you. I also work out 6 times a week and so far it paid off. Week one I lost 5 pounds and 3 total inches. This is hard to do but I think I can suck it up for the 9 week program. My hubby is doing this with me so it makes it alot easier. I'm planning to lose 45 pounds. Probably not within the 9 weeks but before swim suit season :) I'll let you know how Week 2 goes.. Wish me luck!
